RENTWEAR TERMS OF USE Effective Date: 16/09/2026 Website: rentwear.online Welcome to Rentwear, a fashion rental platform owned and operated by Dedicated Taskers. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Rentwear platform, including the rental of clothing, footwear and fashion accessories; the listing of eligible Items by Lenders; Rentwear-owned or Dedicated Taskers-controlled inventory; and related collection, delivery and return services. For purposes of these Terms, “Dedicated Taskers”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the business operating Rentwear. “Rentwear” refers to the fashion rental platform and related service operated by Dedicated Taskers. By accessing Rentwear, creating an account, listing an Item, confirming a booking or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. 1. DEFINITIONS For purposes of these Terms: “Platform” means the Rentwear website, applications and related services. “Renter” means a customer who rents or books an item. “Lender” means a person or business that makes an item available for rental through Rentwear. “Item” means clothing, footwear, accessories or another product approved by Rentwear for rental. “Tasker” means an approved person or service provider assisting Rentwear with collections, deliveries, returns or related services. “Rental Period” means the agreed period during which a Renter is permitted to possess and use an Item. 3. USER ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS Users must provide accurate and current information. Where an account is required, users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for activity carried out through their accounts. Dedicated Taskers may request reasonable identity or transaction verification, particularly for higher-value rentals or where fraud prevention measures are necessary. We may refuse, restrict or suspend access where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, theft, misuse, serious misconduct or material breach of these Terms. 4. BOOKINGS Submitting a booking request does not automatically guarantee availability. A rental is confirmed once Dedicated Taskers accepts the booking and any required rental payment, deposit or other disclosed charge has been paid or authorised. A rented Item must not be sold, pledged, transferred or sub-rented without written authorisation. 5. RENTAL FEES Renters are responsible for charges disclosed before confirmation, which may include rental fees, refundable deposits, delivery or collection charges, cleaning charges, approved late-return charges and other agreed charges. 6. SECURITY DEPOSITS Dedicated Taskers may require a refundable security deposit based on the Item and transaction. Subject to applicable law, reasonable deductions may be made for damage beyond normal wear, missing Items or accessories, excessive cleaning, unauthorised alterations, late return or non-return. Any deduction will be assessed in accordance with the Rentwear Rental, Deposit & Damage Policy. 7. CARE OF ITEMS Renters must take reasonable care of Items. Items must not be permanently altered, cut, dyed, sold, intentionally damaged or otherwise misused. Loss, theft or significant damage must be reported to Dedicated Taskers promptly. 8. ITEM CONDITION Dedicated Taskers may inspect and photograph Items before and after rentals. Renters should inspect Items when received and promptly report significant undisclosed defects or damage. Previously worn Items may show reasonable signs of ordinary use. 9. RETURNS Items must be returned by the agreed return date and according to the return instructions. Late returns may result in charges where those charges have been properly disclosed and are permitted by applicable law. 10. LENDER ITEMS Ownership of an Item supplied by a Lender remains with the Lender unless otherwise agreed in writing. Dedicated Taskers may inspect, photograph, store, advertise, clean, collect, deliver and otherwise administer Lender Items as part of operating Rentwear. Lenders are subject to the separate Rentwear Lender Terms & Conditions. 11. DEDICATED TASKERS INVENTORY Certain Items offered through Rentwear may be owned or directly controlled by Dedicated Taskers. Where this applies, Dedicated Taskers acts as the rental provider for the Item rather than solely as an intermediary. 12. TASKERS, COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES Dedicated Taskers may use authorised Taskers, employees, couriers or third-party providers for collections and deliveries. Users must provide accurate handover information and cooperate with reasonable verification procedures. Handover may be documented through photographs, signatures, codes, electronic confirmation or other reasonable evidence. 13. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the Rentwear Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable Zimbabwean consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 14. PROHIBITED CONDUCT Users must not use Rentwear to commit fraud, list stolen or counterfeit goods, provide materially false information, manipulate transactions, harass users or Taskers, interfere with platform security or conduct unlawful activity. 15. PRIVACY Personal information collected through Rentwear is processed by or on behalf of Dedicated Taskers in accordance with the Rentwear Privacy Policy and applicable Zimbabwean data-protection requirements. 16. LIABILITY Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Dedicated Taskers will not be responsible for indirect losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control. Where Dedicated Taskers acts as an intermediary between a Lender and Renter, the respective obligations of each party remain subject to the applicable Rentwear policies and transaction terms. 17. DISPUTES Users should first contact Dedicated Taskers regarding transaction disputes. Relevant booking records, photographs, inspection records, payment records, handover information and communications may be considered. Nothing prevents a user from exercising remedies available under Zimbabwean law. 18. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION Dedicated Taskers may suspend or terminate access to Rentwear for fraud, theft, serious misuse, repeated non-payment, repeated failure to return Items, abusive behaviour or material breach of these Terms. Outstanding lawful obligations relating to an existing transaction remain enforceable. 19. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections. 20.
