Browse the marketplace, open a listing, pick your dates on the calendar and tap Request booking. The lender reviews your request and approves or declines it. Once approved you can message the lender to arrange pickup or delivery.

Create an account, apply to become a lender, and once approved you can list items from your closet with photos, prices, a deposit and your availability.

Each listing includes a refundable deposit set by the lender. It protects against damage or late returns and is released back to you when the item is returned in good condition.

Message the lender through your booking thread straight away. Damage claims are handled between lender and renter with admin support, covered by the deposit and our damage cover process.

You can cancel a pending request any time before approval. Approved bookings can be cancelled from your Bookings page — message the lender first as a courtesy.

RentWear currently serves Harare and other cities across Zimbabwe, with pickup and delivery options set by each lender.
